Dogs make every beach morning better - until someone is tired in the shallows, sandy, and thirsty. A life jacket for swimming dogs, a quick-dry towel, a collapsible bowl, and a hands-free leash cover the basics without filling the whole tote. These in-stock picks keep the pup safe and comfortable on Florida sand. We may earn a commission if you buy through our links; it does not cost you extra.
What to look for
- Fit and flotation - Life jackets need a snug chest fit and a top handle for lifts into the boat.
- Rinse and dry - Sand-shedding towels save the car seats.
- Water on demand - Collapsible bowls clip to a leash or pack.
- Hands free on the walk - A waist leash helps when you are carrying towels and a cooler.
Bonus tip: Rinse salt off life jackets and rinse sandy paws before the car. Gear lasts longer and the house stays cleaner.
